2 Anonymised/pseudonymised use of the website

As a rule, you can visit our website without providing any personal data.

After you register, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing a link. You need to click the link to complete your subscription to our newsletter (double opt-in). You can cancel your newsletter subscription any time by clicking the unsubscribe link. We delete your data within six months after unsubscribing. We also delete your data within six months if you do not complete the registration.

If we provide advance performance, we reserve the right to obtain a credit check based on mathematical and statistical methods through the following company/companies:

    For this purpose, we provide the personal data needed to conduct the credit check and use the information we receive on the statistical likelihood of payment default. The credit check can include probability values (scores), which are calculated based on scientifically recognised mathematical and statistical processes. The result is expressed as a score. The information we obtain in this way is used as the basis for our decision to establish, execute or terminate a contractual relationship.

We only transfer your personal date to third parties if this is necessary for fulfilling our contractual duties, in particular with regard to executing an established contract.
